Under a sky filled with moving clouds, the sun quietly finds its way through, casting soft light over the wide river. I painted the reflections of the clouds in the water because they feel like thoughts passing gently through my mind. The lone boat resting on the river is more than a subject to me—it is my symbol of freedom and endless wandering. This painting holds my desire to let go, to float forward without fear, trusting the journey ahead.
